These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, delivery address or exceptional circumstances.
Delays may also occur as a result of customs procedures, logistical disruption, adverse weather conditions or events of force majeure.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Under Veqoria’s voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee, you have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
This voluntary guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers are also entitled to the withdrawal period provided for under UK law governing distance contracts.
Underwear may be covered by our voluntary guarantee even if it has been tried on or worn, provided that it is clean, in good condition and free from stains, persistent odours, tears, damage or signs of excessive use.

7. STATUTORY GUARANTEES
Products sold by Veqoria benefit from the statutory guarantees applicable in the UK, including the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
The statutory guarantee of conformity is mandatory for products to which it applies and operates independently of any voluntary guarantee offered by Veqoria.
Our voluntary 60-day guarantee therefore provides additional protection and does not replace or limit any statutory guarantees provided by law.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on this website, including images, text, logos, designs, graphics and other materials, belongs to Veqoria or is used with the permission of the relevant rights holders.
Any reproduction, copying, modification, distribution or use of this content without prior written permission is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable law.
9. LIABILITY
Veqoria shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the website or our products, or for the consequences of circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
